Refund Policy for Pre-Orders

Thank you for shopping with us and supporting our pre-order collection. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund anytime before your order ships.
To cancel, please email us at service@esmepickleball.com with your order number.

2. After Shipment

Once your pre-order has shipped, refunds are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and video. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Production Delays or Cancellations

In the rare case that production is canceled or significantly delayed, we will issue a full refund for your pre-order automatically.
